When HX2LP powers up, the behavior of the VBUSPOWER pin momentarily drops as shown below. Since it returns immediately, I think that HX2LP will work without problems even with such behavior. Is it correct?
Thanks,
Tetsuo

Hi,
Yes, this momentarily drop will not affect the functionality of the hub. This is expected since VBUSPOWER pin is used to indicate connect state/attach state to host.

Hi Tetsuo-san,
Thanks for posting in Infineon Developer Community!
VBUSPOWER is the input pin and detects the presence of VBUS from the upstream port. HX2LP will sink power Upstream VBUS if it is bus powered.
As VBUSPOWER is used to check if there is VBUS voltage(connected to the Host DFP or not), HX2LP will work normally after this Momentary voltage drop.
Thanks,
Ajeeth
