I have designed a camera board usb cyusb3014,it can download and work correctly under usb2.0,but can not work under usb3.0,or it can not connect to the host computer。I have looked up some same cases via the internet but there is not a solution,i think it is not a hardware problem。expect your reply!!!

Hi,
1. Could you try programming UsbBulkSrcSink firmware to the FX3 and share with us the USB debug logs.
2. Is Type C receptacle being used or Type B?
3. USB traces are long and thin and are not to be protected by GND.
4. Please refer to the KBA on enumeration issue : https://community.cypress.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-Articles/Trouble-Shooting-Guide-for-the-FX3-FX3S-CX3....
5. Please try the same setup with different hosts and let us know if the problem persists.
Best Regards,

Hi,
Was a Type C receptacle used without a multiplexer? Because of which USB 3 was not getting connected on one side.
