Is there any reason that simple Eclipse plugin that creates toolbar button is not even loaded in EZ USB Suite?
BTW same plugin works with regular Eclipse 4.x
Is there any workaround for that?
Thanks

Hello Leonid,
Please confirm the path of the plugin C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\EZ-USB FX3 SDK\1.3\Eclipse\plugins.
Note: Installation path can defer.
Also confirm that there is only one plugin file (version) in that folder.
All the plugins (for eg. CX3 configuration tool utility, Control Center) etc are in the above mentioned folder.
Is there some error popping up?

Hi, Rashi
1) Sure, that's exactly how I installed the plug-in - just copied to "plugins" folder within eclipse folder
2) Yes, there is only one plugin version
3) That's the problem - there is no a single word in logs/console about my plugin. Eclipse just silently ignores it.
Thanks,
Leonid

Hello Leonid,
Can you check whether the plugin is installed
Path: Help> About Cypress EZ USB SUITE >Installation details >Plugins
Also, is it possible to share the plugin so that i can reproduce at my end.

Rashi

Hi, Rashi
Indeed, looks like my plugin wasn't packed properly.
Now I'm able to install it though "Install new software" and it works fine
Thanks a lot for your help,
Leonid
