  1. Use CYUSB3014, if i provide 3.6V~4.2V to VBATT pin and make VBUS pin floating, can CYUSB3014 work normally with USB host ? 
  2. in my special use, VBUS of usb host only provide 3.6V~4.2V, in this case, how can i do to make CYUSB3014 work normally with USB host?

Hello,

Please let us know the preferred boot mode so that we can understand the Application better to comment on the feasibility.

Also, please refer to the following thread which already mentions that FX3 requires a voltage greater than around 4.2V to be detected as Cypress USB Bootloader device:
