Show LessHello guys, I am new to Cypress FX3LP firmware making.
I am basically developing a memory controller which uses Cypress FX3LP board to act as bridge between design and the host
In the firmware, I have call_dmaMscOutBuffer16 and then call_dmaMscOutBuffer512
My question is, while these DMAs are executed, how much time does each DMA take? and also how much time is consumed in switching from 1st DMA call to 2nd DMA call? is that time configurable? I am targetting high speed data transfer.
Kindly suggest some solution.
Also, can we determine how much time is spent in between DMA callbacks? Is there any way to reduce those callbacks?
Show LessHello.
I use a SILIOS sensor in my project to measure the intensity of light in a room. The sensor is associated with a CYPRESS CY7C68014A integrated microcontroller. I want to transfer the measurement data from the microcontroller CY7C68014A to a Nucleo STM32 board.
Do you have any idea to do it ?
Thank you.
Show LessHello,
How to communicate EZ-USB® FX2LP™ USB Microcontroller High-Speed USB Peripheral Controller (integrated with CY7C68014A) to a Nucleo STM32 board.
Do you have any idea or example ?
Thank's in advance
Show LessHello,
We would like to use CY8C68013A with external clock (not crystal) input.
In the data sheet, only "3.3 V square wave" is written as the condition of external clock input.
Please tell me about other conditions (slew rate, duty cycle, clock accuracy, etc....).
Regards,
Shimamura
Show LessI've purchased BCM94343WWCD1EVAL1 development board and also installed the USB driver installer and performed the steps to install the appropriate driver.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit OS.

Hi,
I have a requirement of writing a NAND flash memory of size 8GB through a USB interface. My choice is to use CYWB0124AB - Westbridge IC since the processor on board could also control the NAND flash along with the USB.
The Question I have is weather the the Westbridge IC supports read/write of x8 MLC/eMMC NAND flash of 8GB?
If possible could you suggest NAND Flash IC's form Cypress with density of 8GB.
Also is there a better alternate for the requirement.
Thanks & Regards,
Rakesh
