I have asked the following questions in the past.
https://community.infineon.com/t5/USB-Low-Full-High-Speed/Win7-PC-does-not-recognized-CY7C65213/m-p/...
I operated according to the KBA presented there. There was no problem with the Japanese version of Win7, but the Chinese version of Win7 did not show the COM port as shown in Figure 11.
Is KBA's solution dependent on the language version of the OS?
Thank you,
Tetsuo

Hi Tetsuo-san,
Can you please let us know exactly which cable are you using? Also, Please let me know if you are using the same cable or not.
You can also check if it is detected in the USB serial configuration utility.
Regards,
Meghavi

Hi Tetsuo-san,
Could you let us know what is being seen on the device manager after plugging in the device and after manually binding the device to the driver?
Best Regards,

AliAsgar-san,
Please see below.
COM7 is available for the Japanese edition. There is no Chinese edition. Also, the position of the "USB-serial adapter" is different.
The behavior is the same even if you try it several times.
Thank you,
Tetsuo
