Hi,

I have a requirement of writing a NAND flash memory of size 8GB through a USB interface. My choice is to use CYWB0124AB - Westbridge IC since the processor on board could also control the NAND flash along with the USB.

The Question I have is weather the the Westbridge IC supports read/write of  x8 MLC/eMMC NAND flash of 8GB?

If possible could you suggest NAND Flash IC's form Cypress with density of 8GB.

Also is there a better alternate for the requirement.

Hello Rakesh,

You can consider CYUSB202X SD2 which supports MMC version 4.4. This does not have a Raw Nand interface.
