CY7C65210-24LTXI Tj temperature

In the billboard CY7C65210-24LTXI datasheet, I can't find the Tj temperature value,it is only TA(–40 °C to +85 °C for Industry). would you like to provide the Tj temperature？

Hello Flance fang,

The Tj value is specified in the CY7C65210 datasheet under Device-Level Specifications

All specifications are valid for –40 °C <= TA <= 85 °C, TJ <= 100 °C, and 1.71 V to 5.50 V, except where noted.
