There's a C++ API. No C API, you'd have to wrap the C++ API with your own. Or you could talk to the driver directly with DeviceIOControl calls.

i want a c code at host side which send or receive data from usb is it possible .Cypress provide any code which in c to access the data at host side

The driver is written in C. Take Andrew's advice and read up about using DeviceIOControl. The .h files included with both APIs should give you enough clues to make it fairly easy.
