3.13.0.84 drivers for 64bit PCs, link is broken

Hi,

We would like to download the driver for 64bit PCs from the link at 3.13.0.84 drivers for 64bit PCs .
But the link is broken and the 64bit version can't be download from any other place (at Windows update there are only 32bit versions) Microsoft Update Catalog.
Please fix the link or share a new one or update the windows update.
