Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.
You can download the firmware for CYPD4226 from the link below:
https://www.cypress.com/documentation/software-and-drivers/ez-pd-host-software-development-kit
You can program your device either using the onboard serial port and EZPD Config Utility; or using the 5 pin connector, a KitProg, and PSoC Programmer.
Best regards,

The device is not recognized by PSoC Programmer.
Do you have a manual for photos or videos?

Hello SuWan,
In order to program the device using PSoC Programmer, you first need a MiniProg device.
Once this is connected to the PC's USB port, Miniprog will appear on the program's left top window.
Refer to the following image for the settings.
Then, connect the 5pin connector of the kit to the Miniprog, select the Miniprog device on PSoC Programmer, and select the firmware to be loaded.
Set the J5 jumper pins of the kit's daughter card to positions 2-3.
Lastly, click on the program button.
Here is the manual for PSoC Programmer:
https://www.cypress.com/file/118271/download
If you are not familiar with the above process, the kit offers an easier way of updating the firmware.
This method is done using EZPD Configuration Tool.
The manual for the CCG kit details the steps to be followed for the update.
This manual can be found in the "documentation" section of the SDK download.
Here is a direct link to the manual (Refer to Chapter 5):

Best regards,
Pablo

Hello SuWan,
If you are attempting Reset mode firmware update, please power on the device from PSoC Programmer.
Alternatively, you can choose Power Cycle mode.
Best regards,
Pablo
