Hello

Regarding CYPD3171 (CCG3PA), if 3.3V is generated from VBUS_IN_DISCHARGE through the internal regulator, please tell me the voltage values for each of the following.

・Min value

・Typ value

・ Max value

hi,

if you give VBUS >= 5V you will get  output  as below

Min - 3.1V

Typ - 3.3V

Max - 3.6V

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

Thank you for posting in infineon communtiy.

As per the datasheet VBUS_IN_DISCHARGE pin working voltage ranges is between 3.0V to 24.5V.

and

Absolute minimum = -0.5V
Absolute maximum = VBUS_MAX (30V)

Thanks & Regards

Hello

I would like to know the range (MIN value, TYP value, MAC value) of the 3.3V generated by the internal regulator when using VBUS_IN_DISCHARGE (3V to 24.5V) for the external power supply. Not VBUS_IN_DISCHARGE input range. Please check the Internal block diagram on page 2 of the datasheet. "3.3V" is being generated from the HV reg.

I would like to know the reange for "3.3V" mentioned above.

Best Regards

Hi,

could you please elaborate little more about the issue you are facing with this regulator. this will help me analyze.

if you give Vbus voltage, it will give fixed 3.3V output which will measure in VDDD pins and also it will go someother internal block.

Thanks & Regards

Hello

I'm not facing any particular problem at the moment.

>if you give Vbus voltage, it will give fixed 3.3V output which will measure in VDDD pins and also it will go >someother internal block.

->

Yes, As mentioned above, when using VBUS_InDISCHARGE, I think that 3.3V is output to VDDD fixedly.

But, please let me know the possible voltage range(MIN/TYP/MAX) for this VDDD = output 3.3v for system design consideration.
