Hello Arai,
Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.
Q) Please tell me the pin processing when the following pins are not used.
・ SAFE_PWR_EN (4 pin)
A) As this is a gate driver output, it is a programmable current sink.
It can be either pull-up or pull-down depending on the status of the Type-C negotiation.
・ GPIO_1 (8 pins)
A) If not enabled, as this is a standard GPIO, it will be high-Z analog.
Best regards,
Pablo

Hello Pablo san
Thank you for your reply. Please let me check again just in case
If the pins ( SAFE_PWR_EN (4 pin), GPIO_1 (8 pins)) are not used, is it okay to leave the terminal processing unconnected?
Best Regards

Hello Arai san,
Yes, both pins should be left unconnected.
Please understand that if the SAFE_PWR_EN pin is not used, the PD capabilities mismatch function will be disabled.
Best regards,
Pablo
