Hello,
Can I use two I2C buses simultaneously in a CCG3PA device? One is for host communication and the other is for an external DAC access.
The CCG3PA device has three I2C buses as
1. P0.0 I2C_0_SDA, P0.1 I2C_0_SCL
2. P1.0 I2C_1_SDA:1, P1.1 I2C_1_SCL:1
3. P2.2 I2C_1_SDA:0, P2.3 I2C_1_SCL:0
I'd like to use 2 and 3 together, want to doublecheck if it's okay because it has :1 and :0 suffixes.
Thanks,
Choon

Hi Choon,
Thank you for creating post in infineon community.
CCG3PA has only I2C buses.
1. P0.0 I2C_0_SDA, P0.1 I2C_0_SCL --> it is fall in SWD program pins, it will affect your debug.
( P1.0 I2C_1_SDA:1, P1.1 I2C_1_SCL:1) & (P2.2 I2C_1_SDA:0, P2.3 I2C_1_SCL:0 ) you can use for your project together.
you can refer section 1:3:1 in the below link.
Thanks & Regards
