Thunderbolt device configuration utility

we are currently working on a design using Thunderbolt with a CCG5 USB-C Power Delivery controller. Our reference design is Tapex Creek. On your page
https://www.cypress.com/documentation/reference-designs/cypress-usb-c-thunderbolt-reference-solution...step 3 mentions a "Thunderbolt device configuration utility" that i would like to request.

I found this thread, the submission of a technical MyCase however seems to be outdated and not possible any more.
