TBT4 : Gorilla - FW update on MAC OS

Hi, Sir,

The Gorilla - TBT4 FW package has two update tools, one is for windows command line tool, another is for mac OS.

We are trying to update FW using mac OS update tool, but it shows below error message :

"command not found.sh"

"Library not loaded"

Please give us some suggestion to solve it

Hi,

From the error messages, it looks like you do not have libusb installed. Can you please try installing libusb and try again.
