Hi,

In regards to using the PMG1 series (S1 or S3), are there PD stacks for source-sink readily available?
Also wonder if there are plans to support PPS Source

Thx David

Hello David,

Currently we have PD Sink project available to use on all the PMG1 series devices. PD Source and DRP applications will be released shortly.

PMG1 devices are supported through ModusToolbox. In case you are not familiar please refer to Software section of https://www.cypress.com/products/ez-pd-pmg1-portfolio-high-voltage-mcus-usb-c-power-delivery

You may also refer to Getting Started with PMG1 App note - https://www.cypress.com/documentation/application-notes/an232553-getting-started-ez-pd-pmg1-modustoo...

Currently there are no plans to support PPS source function.

Best regards,
Pranava
