Hello,

I am reaching out for recommendation for USB Type C hub with the following specifications:

1. Upstream facing port - USB Type C; Connecting to a laptop, desktop or all in one system

2. Two DS port - USB  3.1 Type C; connecting to Intel RealSense camera (D455/435/415)

3. Two DS port - USB  3.1 Type A; connecting to Intel RealSense camera (D455/435/415) (might be optional)

4. One DS port - non-removable USB 2.0; connecting to FT232

5. One DS port- USB 2.0 connecting to Thermal camera

Please let me know which chip would work best for this application. Please note that it is important for us to have access to the reference design file and evaluation board.

Thanks,

Nilufar

Hello Nilufar,

Based on your requirements, please check HX3PD our 7-port USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C hub. You could refer to the CY6611 EVK as reference for designing your board.

Please let us know if there are any other specific requirements that we could help you with.

Best Regards,
Sananya
