Hello.
I wonder if it's possible to use CCG4 device for CTD application.
Infineon's CTD design recommended to use CCG3 + CCG2. but CCG4 have 2 PD controllers.
Q1. Please let me know if it's possible.
Q2. In case of CTD, Does it recommend CCG3+CCG2?
the brief requirements as below
[Common]
-USB 3.0 Type A 2ports / DP port / DRP Power role(external TA is connected or not)
[Port0]
-Receptacle UpStream port for connecting Host(Table, nootbook)
-Mux(for Receptacle), USB 3.0 HUB(for 2 TypeA port)
-DP port(2 lane)
-Power supply to Host or Power sink from Host
[Port1]

Hi,
Thank you for posting on the Infineon community.
The following solution can be implemented using CCG4.
The firmware for this specific application can be found in dock sdk.
If you are planning to have a similar block as CTD, then it is suggested to go with the available evk.
And also the firmware support is not available for the CTD application with CCG4.
