Is it possible to have a CY4531 evaluation kit for free, for a project at university ?

I'm a master student and I'm writing my thesis. I'm doing a project with CCG3PA for a power bank charger ad i need a CY4531 evaluation kit to program my port controller.

I know it may be look strange but does any one know if is possible to have it for free for students or for the university?
