How Can I get the “ Thunderbolt device configuration utility”

I'm working on the firmware of CYPD5235-
96BZXI.I hope I can change PDO settings but
the "EZ-PD configuration utility" doesn't
seems support my chip.Then I noticed
"Thunderbolt device configuration utility" in
https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/vd_usb_thunderbolt_ref/.So I want to
know how can I get it.
