Hello,

Please find the HX3PD thermal values that we currently have below-

Ta – 0 to 70 degC

Tj – 120 degC

Tja – 34 degC/W

Tjc – 50 degC/W

Hi Ivan,

θja and Tja are the same and they denote the thermal resistance in C/W. Please provide the complete parameter name if you require any additional values than the standard ones provided above.

Normally θjc<θja,

but why Tjc – 50 degC/W > Tja – 34 degC/W?

Tjc – 20.3 degC/W
