Hi,
The HX3PD EVK power consumption on the input DC voltage includes all the components present such as LEDs, DC-DC converters, capacitors, resistors etc. The maximum power consumption is on the PD regulators for US and DS1 port, since they would be charging/discharging the capacitors and inductors even during standby. So, the measurement should be done at 3.3V and 1.2 V supply on the hub pins for actual chip consumption.
Best Regards,
Mallika

Hi, Mallika,
Sorry, i check datasheet - Table 4. Power Consumption
it doesn't contain DMC power consumption, before project kick off, we need to know HX3PD total power consumption.

Hi, Mallika
Do you have any update?
Does "datasheet - Table 4. Power Consumption" contain DMC current?

Hi Ivan,
Apologies for the delay in response.
Yes, you can refer to Table 4 for HX3PD power consumption. This would be the total power consumption including all the 3 controllers.

Mallika
