Please refer to the attached snippets from the specification provides details about the maximum VBUS voltage field. It is the maximum VBUS value supported by the cable that specifies the maximum VBUS that can be negotiated from the source.
Does the cable contain an Infineon Type-C PD controller and are you referring to the certification procedure for the same?

The 50_V unit present in the traces is correct and for maximum VBUS values in a passive cable VDO, please refer to Table 6-38 in the PD 3.0 specification.
