Can we reduce Source Spec revision to 2.0 in CCG3PA ?

Hi community,

I am using CCG3PA it works as PD 3.0 source, Can I be able  make it work as PD 2.0 source ,can i reduce the USB-PD spec revision to 2.0.

Can you give me an insight on function responsible for making CCG3PA function as PD 2.0 source?

Hello,

To restrict CCG3PA firmware to USB PD 2.0 support, please follow the instructions shown in chapter4.4 of CCGx_Power_SDK_UserGuide, which exists under default directory if you have installed the SDK package - C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\EZ-PD CCGx Power SDK\CCGx\Documentation
