CYPD5225: HPI interface

Hi,

In the device CYPD5225, the signal SWD_CLK/I2C_CFG_EC/ GPIO configure the I2C address of HPI interface.

What is the HPI interface ?

Is it the I2C bus between the CYPD5225 (I2C_SDA_SCB1_EC/I2C_SCL_SCB1_EC) and the Embeded Controller (EC)?

Is it a slave address or a master address for the CYPD5225 ?

Hi,

HPI Interface is the I2C connection between CCG5 and the EC.

EC acts as a master and CCG5 acts as slave in HPI. Therefore its the slave address being set using SWD_CLK/I2C_CFG_EC/ GPIO pin.
