Sorry for the delay in response.

We are using JEDEC Std J-STD-020 for reflow profile reference.

Pls refer to Pb-free column for CCG5 / CCG6 QFN packages

for CCG5 & CCG6 have similar properties

We know the reflow "peak temperature" in datasheet, But We need the more detail reflow conditions table and profile chart(per-second) for acknowledgment。 Thanks!
