1. The customers want to know the method of OCP and SCP protection.

( ex: use internal OPA ? how to achieve protection by HW and FW? )

2. if modifying OCP trigger point or debounce time, will it affect SCP behave?

Hello Ivan,

1.  CCG3PA have internal LSCSA model for monitoring changes of voltage changes on Rsense external, Rsenese shall be installed between CSP pin and GND.  Internal of CCG3PA of CSP pin and GND have differential amplifier, ADC,... for those features implementing.

2. Modifying OCP trigger point or denounce time will not effects on SCP performance.

Best Regards,

Lisa

Hi @Ivan_Lee ,

From a of hardware perspective, the OCP/SCP both performed by a Low side current sense amplifier (LSCSA) integrates in CCG3PA.

Some key parameters also listed in the LSCSA specification, as you can see below:

On your second question, give me some time to investigate.
