Hi,
I have tried to update the firmware of the CYPD3123 device using the EZ-PD Configuration Utility software tool. If i used the boot-loader mode means the firmware update process is success, but if i used normal mode means the firmware update process is failed. Can any one tell me the reason for this issue?
Regards,
Hari kumar

Hi Hari,
Is there any possible to let us know what's the firmware update process is failed? Is there any screen copy about this?
You may need difference between Using Firmware to Flash and Using Bootloader to Flash, you could find it on section 4.6.1.2 Dual Firmware Mode in EZ-PD™ Configuration Utility User Manual.
Best Regards,
Lisa
