Hello,

These are unused pins on the Type C connector.

The receptacle datasheet also indicates the same https://datasheet.octopart.com/CU1816SAH1MD2R0-LF-HC-CviLux-datasheet-103289541.pdf

The pins basically denote the connection of the receptacle through the mounting hole.
