I would like to purchase CY4501 kit, but seems to be discontinued.

Do you have any stock of CY4501 or alternative development kit?

I am designing a Thunderbolt Cable PCB using CYPD2301 and would like to download firmware through CC line.

Hi,

    EZ-PD CCG1 USB Type C controller is not recommended for newer designs.

     No, this DVK is discontinued.

     There is no part numbered CYPD2301 in our portfolio. 

For designing type c cable to support thunderbolt feature, it is recommended to use EZ-PD™ CMG1 USB-C EMCA Controller. For more details about the controller please refer this link.

Hi,

   For CYPD2103, you can use our Paddle card reference design. But this is just a design and not a DVK. 

For CCG2 based DVK, you can use our CY4521 DVK. It is based on CYPD2122.
