I follower your link, but I don't have a folder Cypress in my C:\Program Files (x86).
Default installation folder is C:\Users\"username"\Cypress\EZ-PD Protocol Analyzer Utility and there is no folder "drivers".
Can you please try reinstalling the utility software.
The drivers folder has to be there in the below mentioned path,
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\EZ-PD Analyzer Utility\drivers
