CY4500 Driver

Can you send me the driver of CY4500, to

Liam.liu@corp.ovt.com

I also cannot found the driver folder after installed the EZ-PD Protocol analyzer version 3.1.0.

I am using Windows 10 64-bit OS.

Thank you for posting in infineon community.

The driver for this Analyzer will get installed automatically.

update the firmware using EZ-PD Protocol analyzer which mentioned in the above image incase the driver is not installed automatically.

The CY4500 driver was not automatically installed.

And the firmware cannot be updated because the driver is not installed.

Hi, 

Log-in to below link with your infineon credential and download the version 1.0.0 and get it installed.

https://softwaretools.infineon.com/tools/com.ifx.tb.tool.ezpdprotocolanalyzer

you will get the driver file in the installed location. kindly use that location the install the driver and update protocol analyser to latest version.

Does the version 1.0.0 support USB-C PD3.0 decoding?

Hi,

it doesnt support USB-C PD3.0, for that you have to upgrade to new version.

 kindly update to newer version once you installed your driver manually.
