Hello ,

Could you please share schematic and PCB layout for further analysis and let us know the failure rate of VDDIO short to ground issue after CCG5 equipment after the drop tests?

VDDIO is responsible for all of generic GPIOs of CCG5, specification of CCG5 for GPIO and VDDIO shall be attention.

Please contact local FAE for Failure Analysis from Infineon with delivery the damaged silicon to Infineon.

Best Regards,

Lisa
