Been struggling for months and months to get infineon support reps to respond to their tickets for help with CCG3 and CCG2. They are also unable to allow customers to order EVM for CTD reference design ( why release a reference design with schematic and layout with no ability for customer to get it). Often goes weeks without response to my questions or comments.
Anyone else find that infineon support does not respond - seem not interested in selling parts or help customers
