Was planning to let the CCG5/6 do some additional "SMC" type monitoring in a system,
i.e. hook up some high-side precision sensing + ADC's (I2C + SPI), then multiplex it and stream over another UART.
but I just noted there is no DMA on the CCG's. or are there some variants that do have this?

Hi,
Thank you for posting on Infineon Community.
Regarding you query, can you please let me know if there are any Type C PD requirements in your application?
There are USB Controllers from the portfolio of Infineon that has DMA access. But before I suggest any controllers from our portfolio, please provide additional information regarding your application.
Thankyou.

yes, the design has two DRP + source/sink usb-c ports, so both PD phy's will be used
