Thank you.

I do now have access to PSoC Creator archives.

I also found version 4.2 of PSoC Creator embedded in EZ-PD SDK 3.4.0.  PSoC Creator 4.2 does support CCG parts while 4.4 does not.

Note: EZ-PD SDK 3.4.0 is listed as a Development Tool for CCG 2 @ https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/universal-serial-bus/usb-c-power-delivery-controllers/ez-pd-...
