Hi ,
You need to use SIN and SOT pins of MFS (Multifunction Serial Interface) port as Rx and Tx. As you know these ports supports LIN, UART, CSIO (SPI) and I2C, so proper configuration must be done. The datasheet gives details on MFS pin (SOT-> output/Tx ; SIN->Input/Rx).
For more details on MFS pins and it's configuration in various modes, refer following AppNote- "AN202495 Using the Multifunction Serial Interface of the Traveo™ Family " - https://www.cypress.com/file/208391/download

to add to my previous response, all MFS channels having these (SIN , SOT) should support LIN.
