In this electrified world, people rely more and more on efficient electric applications that use DC battery as a power source. Applications like DIY and gardening tools, as well as light electric vehicles such as: scooters and forklifts, use multiple MOSFETs connected in parallel to meet these requirements.
But in paralleling MOSFETs, certain parameters of the paralleled parts need to have a narrow spread to create an efficient and reliable design.
