TraveoII WCO stuck at waiting for WCO_OK

Dears, 

    The chip i am using is CYT4BF8M, i connected pin21.0 and pin21.1 to a 32.768-kHz crystal, but the program stuck at waiting for WCO_OK  after setting BACKUP_CTL wco_en bit.  The schematic of wco is the same as eco, and the eco works fine.

    Any one met the same problem?

Can you give more details about your program? Are you using our SDL? If yes, which version and code example?

   Yes, i am using SDL, the version is v7.5.0.

Can you confirm that you have done proper crystal matching for the WCO? If not, can you trying doing that with your crystal vendor?
