The GPIO(port13)'s Absolute Maximum Ratings is as follows:
the Absolute Maximum Ratings mean is the clamping circuit clamps the input at VDDIO+0.5 or the input can't exceed VDDIO+0.5.
when the VDDIO is 3.2V, The input is 5V. is the GPIO damaged.

Yes, I guess so. Seems like there is no clamping diode on the high side any more...
There is another limit of the abs max values to consider: the injected current spec.
It says that the maximum injected current into any I/O pin must not exceed a certain value:
This limit provides that the internal clamping diodes are not overloaded.
