The GPIO(port13)'s  Absolute Maximum Ratings is as follows:

the Absolute Maximum Ratings mean is the clamping circuit clamps the input at VDDIO+0.5 or  the input can't exceed VDDIO+0.5.

when the VDDIO is 3.2V,  The input is 5V.  is the  GPIO  damaged.

Hi yoya_4785701,

when the VDDIO is 3.2V, The input is 5V. is the GPIO damaged?

Yes, I guess so. Seems like there is no clamping diode on the high side any more...

There is another limit of the abs max values to consider: the injected current spec.

It says that the maximum injected current into any I/O pin must not exceed a certain value:

This limit provides that the internal clamping diodes are not overloaded.
