CYT4BF Traveo 2 family : how to find the write/erase cycles for ROM (not flash)

Hello all,

i am in need of the write/erase cycles for ROM. I can find the same for flash in the datasheets.

Is this a parameter for ROM listed in the datasheet in a indirect way? i am not able to find it.

Please anybody help me.
