The current consumption in the data sheet is shown below.

Current consumption In Deep Sleep Mode : 35 uA

I want to know if this is feasible.

I checked the current consumption amount of 7uA in Hibernate mode.

However, I checked 70 to 80uA in Deep Sleep mode.

Request a guide to realize the current consumption of 35uA.

I ask for all possible support.

Hi @taejin

As per my understanding, you are referring to SID59A spec mentioned in 'Table 26-3' in datasheet. Please see the 'Details/Conditions' column for the same spec. It mentions that apart from RTC, WDT, and event generator all other peripherals should be off. It also mentions the ambient temperature and power supply requirements. I hope you are meeting all these conditions before measuring the current consumed.

I would also recommend you to go through our current consumption estimator and its user guide. It mentions the conditions required to enter deep sleep mode (SRAM0 is lower 64KB retained, SRAM1 and all other SRAM are off, all GPIOs should be in High Z, to name a few). You can get access to the current consumption estimator by joining MyICP (which is our collaboration platform for file sharing). Please follow the steps mentioned on this link - https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/microcontroller/#!details . After completing the steps mentioned on the above link, you will receive an email with the further steps.

I would also recommend you to go through the following application note that has the steps for entering DeepSleep mode mentioned in it - https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-AN220222_Low-power_mode_procedure_in_TRAVEO_T2G_family-Applic...

Regards.

Thank you for your reply.

You told me to keep the SRAM0 at 64KB, but do I have to turn it off except for the contents below?

CPUSS_RAM0_PWR_MACRO_CTL0 = RETAINED
CPUSS_RAM0_PWR_MACRO_CTL3 = RETAINED

Additionally, do I need to set RETAIN for MAIN_CORE?

Hi @taejin

Please refer this application note which has the steps for retaining RAM data during reset procedure and low-power mode transition - https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-AN220152_How_to_Retain_RAM_Data_in_Reset_Procedure_and_Low-Po...

Hope this helps.

Regards.

Thank you for your reply.

I checked what you told me.

However, there is no content for the number of CPUSS_RAM0_PWR_MACRO_CTL.

I'd like to know how to set up 64kb memory.

Please, Help me.
