Hello:
I'm using CYT2B77, when device entered sleep mode and it will cause a BOD then the chip will reset, we have used oscilloscope to monitor the VDDD and found the voltage is normal, Is there any other factor can cause the BOD issue? Per checked in TRM, BOD cannot be disabled.

Hello @sammy
How did you confirm that the reset is happening due to BOD? Did you confirm BOD reset (and the type of BOD) through reading RES_CAUSE register bits?
Regards.
