Is it possible to use only one of the TMR wheatstone bridges in the TLI5590 as a magnetic field strength sensor?
If so, where exactly is the center of the sensing element - is it 250 um from the center of the package? Figure 3 of the datasheet shows 3 sensing areas, each 250 um apart, and Figure 6 appears to show the two signals 90deg out of phase on a linear magnetic scale of 1mm pole pitch.

One of our customers asked a question to prepare in advance for responding to the semiconductor delamination problem.
I'm curious about the method for deflash during the semiconductor process.
Do you know whether the deflash process for all Infineon's semiconductor devices is the same, and if so, how it is processed?

Could you let me know about the “spinning hall probe” in the Figure 3 of the TLE4961-1M datasheet.
Does this mean this IC is using spinning hall effect?
I usually explain to my customers that Hall switches are Hall effect ICs, but I have been asked about "spinning".
I could not find a good document in the web page.

Show LessOne of our customer is considering to use TLE4997 to develop a pressure sensor. They need to prepare a programming station for mass production.
They measure two different positions and then calculate the calibration parameters. They would like to transfer those calibration parameters by using the programmer PGSISI2.
Is there any serial protocol to communicate with the programmer?

Dear respected Technical Team & Colleagues.
I am interested in creating an array of TLE4997A8 to detect the position of a moving magnet (distance away of around 50 cm).
I am wondering whether this would be possible when using a strong magnet.
If not, we are open to recommendations.
I am also interested in converting the analog output signal to digital. Can you recommend a way to do that for industrial applications? perhaps a product of yours that will be suited for this.
Regarding the sensitivity of the sensor, the documentation says it can be configured for -50 mT and 50 mT.
I am wondering whether it can detect a magnetic field as low as 0.04mT.
Is there a recommended way to assemble a group of these sensors into one array with an Analog-to-Digital converter to feed the output's data to a laptop? (any recommended components to add to the basket for that?)

We bought several batches of TLE4964-2M including one or two (Product ID: SP000923330and SP001222084) and found that the colour of the cut side of the pins is abnormal, the previous ones were normal, but now even came 4 batches of materials are in such a situation, please ask if this is normal? I'm using TLE4999c8 with development kit. (Eval kit vers: 2.1.1.40222).
When I flash EEPROM, no issue. When I tried to enable the 3.3V parameter, it lead to EEPROM fail (wrong values of several parameter such as Gain & Offset).
My UT is 1µs, so according user manual, 3.3V can be enable.
Attached is the dump without and with 3.3V parameter. Have you already had same issue?
