TLE4964-2M pin cut side colour anomaly

We bought several batches of TLE4964-2M including one or two (Product ID: SP000923330and SP001222084) and found that the colour of the cut side of the pins is abnormal, the previous ones were normal, but now even came 4 batches of materials are in such a situation, please ask if this is normal?
