I tried to test the LE OTA Apps for Android, which is in .\WICED-Studio-6.4\common\peer_apps\ota_firmware_upgrade\Android\LeOTAApp\app\build\outputs\apk\app-debug.apk.

By the way, when I "Connect" button to search target LE device, the Apps is down(killed). The issue was always reproduced on my side. For your information, I tested it with Android 9 and 11 version and the test results was same.

I am not sure if the issue is known issue. If so, could you release patched Apps for Android?

One more thing, I also tested with LE OTA Apps within Modus SDK, but it's also killed.

Hi,

I'm using the HCI Uart to send and receive commands from my host computer to the CYBT module.

I also managed to see Trace output generated by "WICED_BT_TRACE" via BTSpy on PUART.

However, when I enable HCI Trace I will receive alot of HCI Trace Events on my HCI Uart. But I can't interprete these data.

I would like to let BTSpy interprete those events. How can I forward those HCI Trace Events to the PUART? Will BTSpy be capable of interpreting the data?

I want to know if there is a way to play the tone through I2S.

As an example, when a user presses a button, I want to output pre-defined wav data to I2S. 

Please refer to below for detailed conditions:

   - S/W : It doesn't matter if it is WICED or MODUS

I am using a CYW20706 based module (CYBT-343026).  I am using the modus toolbox example Audio_Sink for the CYW920706WCDEVAL platform.  The only changes I've made are to the wiced_platform.h to update the pinout for my PCB.

The problem is I get a periodic click when streaming from ios.  I do not see the issue with android.  The period of the click changes on each bluetooth connection, but stays the same while connected.  Somewhere between 1 and 2 sec.  Some connections do not click at all.

I highlighted in white the click while playing a 20Hz tone using a freq generator app.  The second pic is a zoomed in shot.

I then captured the i2s data using a logic analyzer and decoded it to see if it was in my audio circuit or in the data.  After decoding I do see the same shapes in the i2s output from the module.

I have verified both android and ios are negotiating the same 44.1kHz, max bitrate=53, joint stereo connections.  I'm not sure what to do from here. 

What settings can I make to fix this?

I'm porting WICED to a STM32H733 and I've an issue with the code snip.bluetooth.ble_gatt_db.c. The function "wiced_bt_stack_init( ..);" is not working.

I've this:

I change platform files but nothing happens on BT_REG_ON or UART_TX.

Do you know were I can found the code to recompile and perform step by step debugger?

I have an A2DP device (cyw20706) that does not always reconnect to ios when disconnected.  Is there a way to attempt a reconnect from the device?
