Hi RoRe_1641311,
This occurs due to errors in installation. Make sure your installer and eml file are in the same folder. Download a new installer zip file from here: WICED Studio Wi-Fi/Combo Docs & Downloads and try a fresh install. Before that uninstall every data of previous installation.
