Hi,
1) Is the mbt tool executed in recovery mode operation?
A) No, the device should not be in recovery mode for mbt tool to work. Please go through the attached doc for steps.
2) When doing with the hand during the recovery operation,
how many seconds is Max to press the recovery button and the reset button
A) There is no maximum time constraints. The normal recovery procedure which needs minimum timings is as below:
- Press and hold the Recovery button (SW3).
- Press and hold the Reset (SW2) button for 1 second.
- Release SW2
- Release SW3.
3) How to check the state of FW, Confirm whether it is broken
A) Recovery procedure is used during device programming stage. Recovery procedure is to reset a WICED evaluation board to factory defaults if it has become unresponsive to WICED Studio download attempts. This will reset the board to reboot to the default state, ready to accept a new download. This can be necessary if a previous application had set the UART to an unrecognized baud rate (115200 and 3000000 are the default baud rates attempted by the download process), or if the serial flash had been corrupted.
Thanks & Regards,
