Is the Firmware download for page 9 1.6 in "CyBluetool User-Guide.pdf" also required for the 343026 evaluation board?

If CYBT-343026-01 has an HCI Control-enabled FW written to Flash, you can start the FW and no download is required. If HCI Control is not supported, CyBluetool itself cannot be used, so it is necessary to consider some method.
